STARPCREPAIR's services are delivered to the customer on a state of the art integrated delivery platform which allows STAR PC REPAIR to support your computer(s) remotely or through chat, mail and phone, by way of a visit to your house by providing a personalized touch. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the same, we offer a refund policy as follows:-


If you are not satisfied with our service or we fail to resolve your computer issues we will immediately refund your money upon your request. However, STAR PC REPAIR reserves the right to request additional information from you, or reject your request for a refund, if STAR PC REPAIR reasonably believes that such a refund request is abusive and indicative of fraudulent and foul means. In case of all fraudulent requests, STAR PC REPAIR would seek to notify this to proper authorities and take appropriate legal action thereon. Allow 7 business days for refund.
